Founded in 2014, Kind Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. is a global biotechnology company focused on pan-anemia and oncology, targeting indications with significant unmet clinical needs. We have established a differentiated pipeline built on the Nobel Prize-winning HIF signaling pathway, with diversified oncology assets as a key complement. Guided by the philosophy of “Cherish Humanity, Respect Science, Benefit Patients”, we are dedicated to delivering scientifically rigorous, clinically impactful innovative therapies worldwide.
Our core clinical asset AND017 is a novel small-molecule HIF pathway stabilizer developed for multiple anemias, including NDD-CKD anemia, DD-CKD anemia, sickle cell disease (SCD), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), β-thalassaemia and cancer-related anemia (CRA). Our second clinical candidate AND019 is a next-generation oral SERD for the treatment of ER+/HER2- breast cancer. We also maintain four preclinical programs covering a wide range of oncology and reno-cardiology indications. Additionally, we have built the proprietary RICIN ADC platform equipped with advanced payload and linker technologies, addressing the key limitations of conventional ADCs. Based on this platform, we have advanced multiple preclinical ADC candidates, including AND025 for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and solid tumors, and AND027 for solid tumors, further expanding our oncology innovation pipeline.
